My views on universal benefits for the aulder brigade ain't that extreme and turning mainstream as every year rolls by....probably become the law when I hit 67.😁 irony but acceptable irony if it did.

We want equality (check) except when it comes to pensions we want to keep the gender bias in favour of women.

Em starting to get into the men's movement which is gathering pace in Australia and USA but is very much considered a minority whackjob view in this country.

When you consider how much privelages women have in health care, recruitment, eyes of the law, pensions, divorce, child access, university education, court sentencing etc you wonder why it dosent.

Very occasionally there may be one man who can be bothered to phone in with some straight from the shoulder views that are not in keeping with current trends. You can hear her sharp intake of breath and immediate attempts to calm him down. Are you selling your Tesco shares?

The good thing a boot having a strong Dee accent is by the time they have figured oot what you have said it's past the 8 second delay.

Had a wee run in with Ruth Davidson last election as well with one very simple question that she didn't know the answer to but had plenty of opinions on the subject that she didn't know answer to.

Our politicians and radio presenters aren't the best debaters in the world maybe should serve a year or two's apprenticeship on here to keep them on their toes.😀

Good Heavens, you might be the very chap I was thinking about when I made the comment about the occasional male comment. Will pay much more attention to any voice of the voiceless comments from Dundee. I know your tagline isn't voice of the voiceless, but I used to like his posts and the debate that he used to generate on this forum.
