Ohh I forgot about that, I always liked the silly good natured humour of The thin blue line, and he was even funny as Mr Bean some of the time.

Showing my age, though never seen on telly now, I was a great fan of anything Harry Worth did!! A friend of Laurel and Hardy, Harry just hit the spot for me. Shame none of his material is shown though it is available on Amazon.

He’s maybe not as old as the name suggests Rom. Isn’t he meant to be doing a sponsored hike in the Andes soon?
Now that’d make a good sitcom.

Genuinely sad tonight to hear of the death of Emma Chambers at the ridiculously young age of just 53. Don’t believe the ‘Vicar of Dibley’ has been mentioned amongst the ‘what good comedies to watch’ but it was, imo, very, very funny and owed a great deal to Trevor ‘no,no,no, no, no...yes’ Peacock and the superb Ms. Chambers. RIP...you made me laugh and thanks for that.
