It looks pathetic having the front rows empty on upper and lower tiers
It's about time the club stopped pandering to these tw@ts that only want the easiest day they can possibly have

Away fans should get every seat in the lower tier, all 2900 of them, without any interference from any stupid gobshyte jobsworth.

They should also be allowed 1500 in the top tier if it's a game that they will sell but we won't.......like yesterday.

Make these tw@ts making the rules earn their money without it costing United a fortune every season.
Everywhere else fans are separated by a couple of rows of seats and a row of stewards, so why not here ? If the authorities can't do the job get some other private security companies to do it instead.

Our fans are far from the most uncontrollable and even the most volatile clashes are nothing compared to say Celtic/Rangers.

Unless it’s the steel city derby, it’s unlikely that the remaining fans who would take the attendance up to the 30k mark would be keen enough to splash out up to 30 odd quid and turn out on a cold winter’s morning when they can watch it on the box or in a pub.

We’ve increased our average attendance by another 6k this season to near enough 27k. I think it’s coming along nicely, we’ll definitely need that ground extension if and when we go up.

    Spot on JJ!

Near enough a full house in every home game when we were last in the Prem, and I can’t recall any real bother in the ground even on the day we were relegated. How is it that other grounds in other towns and cities can be filled to capacity?

thing is when we get back to the premier league we will fill the top tier nearly every home game however apart from pigs game and the last game last season against chezzy we wont fill the ground ive been slated on here before by suggesting we give clubs that can sell 4k or more tickets and i do understand peoples claims we should look after our fans first and that other teams only give us limited tickets but ive always loved the games and atmosphere when 3 stands are rammed with blades and a noisy away end packed with away fans we could have had half a dozen 30k plus crowds this season thats it rant over i now await the flack lol utb ftp

No flack mate. Your opinion is perfectly valid,as is the one advocating Blades first.
If SYP were more use than a chocolate fireguared we could segregate the upper tier when away fans want more than the lower holds. Also as said, we should sell every seat in the lower, not cordon off a load just so the useless coppers don't have to get off ther fat arses and do something.

yeah of course sbt everybody got different views on this i just think the club is losing money and i do see your point with syp they certainly dont help things im just a bit old hat theres no better place than the lane when its packed to the rafters just think this thing of our fans being spread out in 4 stands does nothing for the atmosphere

Put away fans in the upper,SYP would insist on the Westfield corner being closed to Unitedites

Remember Hogans Heroes, remember Private Schultz and his catchphrase?

I really do find Oldboys obsession with having away fans on the upper very strange,it should be for our fans, and the idea of getting more vocal support in there is a great one.

btw, nowhe has moved Bully started wearing a cravat
