    New manager is ?

Well after the shocking pulis tactics got himself the boot to be replaced by the mediocre pardew who has failed miserably (no surprise) and will surely be gone very quickly at end of season

    So who’s up next ?

I think Pardew will be in charge at the start of next season.

And so he should be. It is not his fault that his so called strikers couldn't hit a barn door from five paces.

It don't matter if you like him or not he will be our manager at the start of next season at Middlesbrough away 🙈 not worth thinking about .

You lot seem to want a new manager every week.

Even if you get someone else in it would simply be 'shuffling the deckchairs on the titanic'.

Then again we are talking about West Brom so change the word 'titanic' for 'rubber dinghy'.

It’s not Pardew’s fault that we are short of youth, pace, athleticism and that we have that clown Rondon as the main focal point.

Unless it’s a whole change of ethos about how the team plays and a new total vision then I see no point in getting rid,our style of football is okay now but we have weak links that need rooting out.

Hammond and Garlick for starters along with Evans.

If I owned the club I’d go to Dan Ashworth and offer him a massive wage to take over as Director of all football operations at the club and let him have a free reign in rebuilding the club.

We gave him to thank for the last decade more than we do JP.

It is Pardew's fault that he starts Rondon week in week out. I know we are paying Sturridge a fortune and on his day he is awesome therefore he starts. But why again this evening has Rondon started ahead of Rodriguez? If we are playing one up front then Rondon is a workhorse and can put a shift in but Rodriguez is a far superior finisher and scored 2 wonder goals at Liverpool and then Pardew didn't pick him against Southampton in a must win game! Not only are Southampton in the mire like us and we had to win but it was his former club and he would have been so keen to do well. I do not blame Pardew for a lot of what he inherited and we are easier on the eye to watch but I do blame him for persevering with Rondon ahead of Rodriguez!

They are both total crap at their jobs the best chance they would have as good strikers is in taking industrial action...so long as there wasn't too much action.
