I wonder if the bald one is tempted to make a sneaky offer?

Now his henchman is back prepare yourself for the “second coming”.

I’d kiss his helmet head if he walked back through the door.

    The Lord has risen!!

Me too and disliked him but unlike Lai, he was West Brom at heart even though he lined his own pockets. Can't see he would want to give up his luxury Jersey mansion and the riches the millions have brought him, to visit boardrooms at Oakwell and St Andrews if we take the drop!

JP came he saw, he conquered.
The rise and fall of the club was all down to him
He was still pulling the strings until the end of last season, for his own end.
In the latter years he publicly said that he preferred not to spend on young talent who could develop but would rather pay higher wages to experienced players. Not a great decision for the club in the long term.
That was short sighted of him but he knew it was enough to get him over the line with the sale.
Now our squad value has depreciated , too many old players with little sale value in the squad.
We’ve had a decent run helped by buying the likes of Morrison, Ollson, Brunt, Dawson, Foster, Gmac . Odmwingie , Mulumbu. All good investments with their best years ahead of them at the time.
Some say we have the best squad in years… really?

I know what I’ve always said about the best squad... 😡 Very far from it puts it mildly!
