We need to stop trying to patch the squad together with 1 year don't give a ****s and loans.

We need to build a hardworking squad that are here for two years min.

We can't keep sacking managers though. The players are the ones that cross the white line and play.

They've hidden behind managers too long.

We need to build something. Let Csaba try.

Dismantle this team and build for future.

100%, we need to give Csaba time to build a team capable of promotion, even if that takes more time than we'd all like. As fans we can all play a huge part in this by showing patience and understanding. Not two words associated with a fair number of football fans these days sadly.

I totally agree. IMHO you can't build a championship winning team, pretty much from scratch, in one or two transfer windows. Furthermore, the movement of players in the January transfer window should be kept to an absolute minimum.

    Correct.

And it's not just about building a squad to get you up.

It's about building one to keep you up.

We need long term thinking at the club. Something I doubt we'll get with the focus turning to this US adventure and potentially the issues that will come with this United FC Group palarver.

We need a CEO in charge who is experienced and can steer the ship with hard headed, long term focus and strategy.

Agreed we need to give Csaba the chance to pick his won squad of players for next season.

We still have a chance with the play offs, but it will require having a team full of players who will fight for every ball.

It could be a repeat of last season with perhaps Hamilton being in the play offs - so winning at home in the play offs is an absolute must.

You want the guy who thought it was a good idea to play Jamie Robson at right back a week or so after calling an actual right back home from his loan spell, play Murdoch at centre half, signed Lyng, singed Slater, signed Mikkelson, plays Scott McDonald in the no 10 role to get the chance to rebuild us?

That's before you consider that when he came in we were level on points with a team including Craig Samson and John Sutton, yet now find ourselves 14 points behind them over a dozen games?

I'd have binned him after the Falkirk debacle.

    This is spot on!

We'd have been as well sticking with McKinnon because Laszlo has been an absolute disgrace so far.

It’s unbelievably depressing at the moment, can’t think of having seen a worse United team in my lifetime, especially when they are plying their ‘trade’ in the funny league.

This is now the fourth manager in a row that is instilling no confidence in the support, bizarre tactics and utilisation of players.

We need a blank canvas and try and emulate the way Hearts did it, with a core of young players.
