Thread: Jack Ross

Csaba has went from knowing his best 11 to experimenting. The extensive injury list along with signing quite a number of players in the January window has caused this to happen. For me this accentuates the need for stability in the squad and backroom staff. Too much change can (and proven for us) be bad.

Csaba has still had plenty of time during training sessions and closed door friendlies to know his best best team selections ( which will vary depending on the opposition ).

Does anyone know the exact squad number of players and how many are out injured ?

For our last match the following first team players were missing through injury: Toshney, Keatings, Briels, Scobbie, Fyfie, Fraser, Quinn, and Edjunguele.

That's out of a first team squad of 26.

At the start of the season i questioned many of our signing's and when i pointed out ST Mirren were a massive threat other posters said they have signed a lot of players from the lower league's,what they never factored in was it was Jack Ross signing players he had come up against and he knew they were good enough for a tilt at the Championship.

In the summer we need to sign some old experienced heads along with some younger hungry players who know Scottish football.

Joe Cardle, Dean Shiels and Kallum Higgonbotham all out of contract and would do a job out wide for us.

John Baird Is out of contract, headless chicken who'd get a few goals and knows this league. certainly better than Lyng anyway.

Chris Millar at St Johnstone Is a free, a tough tackling hard working midfielder who'd run up and down the pitch battling away.

Steven Anderson Is a free at St Johnstone, a nasty old organised Centre half who'd shake up strikers and take charge.

Not players like Lyng who's **** and doesn't know the league or Scott Mcdonald up front on his own. Terrible recruitment.

Honest to phuck! Yes were are utter, utter garbage however if these are the sort of players we were reduced to signing, we'd be as well switching the feckin lights off for good!

You lads might want to get a reality check, we are that ****ing garbage.

Look at Cammy Smith, not even average at best has scored 12 goals this season and Is winning the league. 3 goals more than Scott Mcdonald who’ll be on double his wages.

The players I suggested aren’t brilliant but It’s what we need with this budget we have.
