    Derby tonight!

They play tonight instead of Saturday so effectively after tonight we will have a game in hand on them which would be much the sweeter IF, they drop points against Sheff Wednesday??

Strangely, after tonight, they don't play again until 21st Feb so a slip up tonight and points for villa in the next two and we could potentially start to see a gap?

or Derby win tonight and go back to 2nd....Bummer.

What I'm trying to say is that there is a real potential for a 7 point gap.

The Owls aren't in good form at all though TD so can't see anything other than a Derby win - massive game when they come to our place if things continue to run to current form.

Very true chaps, it's a mini league from now til the end of the season. A 15 game mini season with us having both Derby and Cardiff at home, which will be proper 6 pointers. We're doing well and need to concentrate on the whole picture, which is 15 games. Win this mini league and we're up, simples.

Our game against Fulham is a proper tough one. I shall be cheering the owls on tonight for sure! There are no easy games in this league

Derby look like they are te ones who could run out of steam but Cardiff are still banging away and surprising me anyway. both to come to Villa Park, two more sell outs and hopefully 2 six pointer wins.

Hold on to your hats, its going to be a bumpy ride
