Because generally we don’t have journalists who do their job properly.
They won’t want to ask what is perceived to be awkward questions.

Surely these are the questions every Aberdeen fan wants to know the answer to though? Yeah, great ask Derek "What went wrong out there today?" - but it's too general a question. Follow it up with "and the formation was different from normal, what was the thinking behind that?" Not that difficult, or even controversial - it's an obvious follow up question.
