    Premier League 2023-24 predictions

Don't think I'll bother with the PL Fantasy League this season, just too much to maintain and last year became a bit of a joke with just about everyone having Haaland as captain. Had a go at the BBC's PL league table predictor instead.

Anyone else want to join me. Here's my prediction.

Is anyone on here doing the Premier League fantasy football this season. I know Roly, Lol, pip and Squirt and a few others were partaking the last couple of seasons.

I decided not to and must admit I'm quite enjoying not being pissed off when Arsenal concede a late goal and wipe out my 3 clean sheets or when one of my players gets subbed on 59 minutes or booked on 90+10 minutes costing me a point

OK it looks like predicting the full league table was too challenging. How about giving this a go considering the poor start made by some of the 'minnows' in the PL.

What will be the total number of points gained by the 3 relegated PL teams this year? Normally they say 35-38 are needed to be safe. Last season the bottom 3 totaled 90pts. For those who are inspired to go really low, remember the bottom 3 have to play each other H&A so their grand total can't be less than 12

    I'll go for 82.

From last night Burnley vs Forest
Oh the irony. A Vincent Kompany team wasting time…

11 min: Booking for Trafford in Burnley’s goal! The keeper labours over a goal kick and referee Robert Jones gets his yellow card out! The officials are cracking down on time-wasting this season, but that does seem extreme. Kompany is not impressed on the sidelines.
