    Memory Lane

I have lived in Lancashire 40+ years and visited Fir Park on January 24th for the Ross County match. I think my last visit was January 1983.
As 'Well fan, man and boy it was so nostalgic to be sitting in the stand that night watching the magic claret and amber and brought back many memories of the highs and lows standing on the terracing in the 60's and 70's. That feeling never leaves us.

Despite the small turn out the atmosphere was friendly, from the fans, staff and security team. It felt like I was "home" again.

Best wishes to the club and The Well Society for the future.

    Regards,
    Alex.

'Cor blimey - Fir Park on a cauld Winter's night on a bucket list? That's either scary, or undeniably a show of true passion for your team my man. Hat's off to you !

A bit of both to be honest haha, and nostalgia thrown in. 470 miles round trip approx., 6 trains and 2 buses in total with a one night stay in a guest house.
Plus, I brought home some "real" square sausage..and Straven toffee !
Disappointing result yesterday but I hope the team give their all until the split and the fans keep behind them
