    I'm surprised they didn't bluff it and say they had got up for early training. It is disgraceful behaviour in the circumstances but it is reminiscent of the villa when we were circling the drain. Every story out of the club was negative, the managers (Mcliesh, lambert, sherwood and that little French chap) had lost the dressing room.

    It never rains but it pours. But there are still enough points to turn it around for you. Keep the faith lads - maybe **** pardew off and see if you can tempt Silva in?

    Hardly BIG names there nothing to inspire the team to improve

    And before you have a go I thought pardew was the wrong appointment at the start

    Silva? Apart from having zero chance of him rocking up at Albion he has hardly covered himself in glory on these shores
