Just about every manager ends up getting the bullet at every club, or are poached by bigger clubs. Being sacked by 3 clubs is not a slur. However, anyone willing to take us on at this point should be sanctioned, so is obviously not fit for purpose.

It depends on the circumstances that they were sacked in doesn't it?

His win record at the three clubs was 36, 50 and 54% on the site I checked out so some what better than the numbers '53 put up. Can't deny they are impressive, but sacked from Swansea, resigned from Leeds and Middlesbrough just issued a statement saying he had left the club....for my money we don't need those cicumstances at the moment.

If you dig deep enough you can always find enough reasons not to employ any manager /head coach, my opinion on Pardew is he has tried to change to much we just needed to to let our attacking players have a bit more licence to get forward and support Rondon more instead we seem to just bomb forward and get caught on the break, we are easy to play against all you have to do is play the extra player in midfield and pass the ball around our midfield who seem to spend a lot of time chasing the ball.
