Trouble is if we jettison pardew who in their right mind will rock up to have an 80% chance at least of having a relegation on their CV,best to wait until the seasons over when there would be a lot more willing candidates to consider for the job.of course there is always the outside chance pardew will pull off a miracle....., NAH

    Stateside reports

Just heard that Alan Pardew stated that none of the four players that stole the taxi in Barcelona will ever wear a Baggie shirt again.

Apparently, since then, 7 more Albion players came forward and said they were in the back seat.

I just don't see how getting rid of Pardew changes anything. My opinion is he's our best shout to avoid relegation.

Changing a manager after 14 games is completely not the way to go. We're already in a bit of crisis, we will be completely rudderless without a manager and starting a search all over again.

I agree. A new man would have to get to know the players in super quick time. I feel we are done for but Pardew is as likely as anyone to turn it round. Pity the Sturridge move hasn't worked. Also, as 53 says, no one with any sense will take the job anyway.

Lose to Huddersfield and I think he'll get the bullet, I'll be surprised if he doesn't anyway. Not that I agree with that, but unless Mr Lai is dragging Sir Alex Furguson out of retirement I can't see anybody sorting this shower out in time before the drop inevitably happens.

Gary monk Anyone should pardew get the tintac? Done little wrong in his coaching career IMO and could be the ideal replacement to rebuild this squad
