Again you haven’t answered the question are you saying that the Celtic team of 2016/17 was best or most dominant ? For them to be the best you must think the would beat the 1967 European cup Champaign’s or the Gothenburg team. The 2016/17 Celtic team would never have that record if they played in the league in any other time period.
