In my opinion, McInnes' biggest faults have been this:-
1) An inability to know his preferred structure, or his strongest 11 therein, till about the midway point of the season (this season he is knowhere near knowing either)
2) Once he has cracked the above, he doesn't know how to rotate "squad" players in and out of that system, to give some players a much needed break, resulting in the aforementioned players suffering fatique at
important points of the season.

Ehm naw, he does not, he does his best with the coaching staff/players that work for our club, like any business there are dissenting voices, however in this particular scenario considering the “obstacles” in our way, the dissenting voices are just a few supporters that have a personal dislike to him rather than the dandies that have followed thru thick and thin.
