Nah, it will be too cold for a blazer, I’ll be donning a duffle coat which is symbolic with Larbert and will be sitting quietly with my chums.

Can we add today’s match to his list of big matches that he didn’t get a win? Oh Derek McInnes

Today highlighted what I think is one of his biggest faults.
We rarely take a game by the scruff of the neck & go for the jugular in an aggressive way, right from the start of a game.
We’re usually far too passive at the start.
    Get f*****g wired in.

Totally agree. Taking games by the scruff of the neck takes ambition, belief and guts...none of which our manager possesses unfortunately.

Maybe he will learn that part of management after all he only been managing for about 12 years these things take time.

I thought that Kilmarnock dominated the first half, albeit did absolutely nothing with it.
McInnes tweaked the formation and we dominated the second half.
With that regard, McInnes out thought Clarke yet again

I always thought it would be a tough game, hence why I predicted a draw, but there was only going to be one winner, if there was to be one.

I read yesterday that McInnes had won something like 16 games out of 20 versus Kilmarnock. Very good record if you ask me, but obviously not if you pick and choose what are "big" games.
