Nothing has changed in his reign barring a lot of empty words uttered and a vainly named training complex

Red Shed full or Derek McInnes in charge. Your move Cormack

I think we can all agree that Cormack is definitely full of hot air. If he wants to be a respected chairman of our club he will need to show that our style of football, our attitude to football and our results will not be tolerated.

A new manager would have a pretty good situation to start afresh in the Summer as well.

The following players are out of contract this Summer - Woods, Taylor, Hoban, Logan, Devlin, Leigh, McGinn, Wright, Main, Anderson, McLennan. With the exception of Hoban (if he avoids serious injury in the meantime) and Wright (who is leaving anyway) I would let all of the rest go at the end of their contracts. Hernandez is still under contract but presumably he will also be moved on. That will free up a fair amount of wages for a new manager to bring in his own players.

That would leave the following as a starting squad for a new manager

    Lewis
    Hoban
    Considine
    Ferguson
    McRorie
    Campbell
Ojo (I would pay up his contract in the Summer so he can find a new club)
    McGeouch
    Kennedy
    Hedges
    Hayes
Cosgrove (ideally will be sold but depends on him scoring a lot more goals before the end of the season)

That's not the worst basis of a squad for a good, ambitious manager to build on if he can bring in 10 or so new players to replace those that we would let go
