    The only stat in football that counts is to score one more goal than the opposition your playing against , thats it nothing else counts .

    With all due respect that is not all that counts, what counts is how you arrive at that one goal more...until we address the % of goals scored per ratio of shots on target we will struggle to win.
    There has been one or two replies to this thread saying they disagree, but their statements just confirm what the stats point out in the first place.

    Pearson/Shakespeare had success with more clubs than Leicester, they were with West Brom in one capacity or another both taking charge of the first team, they were unbeaten in five games...what price for a five game unbeaten run at this moment in time.
