Hartley signed 44 players for Dundee, 2 were excellent, half a dozen were very decent , about a dozen I’d say jury was out and the following weren’t very good.

Arvid Schenk, Darryl Meggatt, Thomas Konrad, Nicky Low, Kevin Gomis, Danny Williams, Simon Ferry, Paul Heffernan, Luka Tankulic, Julen Etxabeguren, Yordi Teijsse, Faissal El-Bakhtaoui, Riccardo Calder (loan), Michael Duffy (loan), Rory Loy, Alex Harris (loan), Paul Heffernan, Nick Ross, Henrik Ojamaa (loan), Tom Hateley, Phil Roberts, David Mitchell

Supported with cash more than any dee manager in years....

there's no doubting hartley made an arse of his last season, that's what happens to all Dundee managers. Then they get sacked. Doubt McCann will reach 48 points in this, his first, comparable season

All in his first 6 months? That's some going. But if you're another who isn't interested in comparing like with like, fair enough, Neil is fantastic, wonderful, much smaller budget than Hartley etc etc
