    It was always going to be a gamble with Neil mcann as he has never been in management before, so he was bound to make mistakes.
    Hartley had been years in management and with success for years.
    Mcann has saved the Dee's three times, and only been in management for5 minutes, give him a chance.
    Also he had to offload many of hartleys three year deal disasters.
    My only gripe with mcann is I think he should have taken on a more experienced assistant manager

    Marcus Haber saved the club from relegation, quite fitting for this thread.

    Moving on, another tombola pick from the manager, no left-sided defender. I'm sure he knows exactly what he's doing. But do the players?
