If our players fought half as much as those Wigan players we would be chuffed! Had those four players not been on the piss - we could have been playing Wigan and had a great chance of Wembley! Another nail for the coffin!

    An absolute brilliant result.

I hope they win it again.

They went down from the prem the same year they won it last time and down to the thurd tier eventually.

I have thought about them and pompey who went one tier lower after winning it many times and whether I would take the drops for an fa cup win, and I would take it to the thurd tier, as we've been there once before, but I can't decide whether I'd take a drop to the 4th tier, as we have never been there before.

All academic, but football is about winning and especially winning silverware.

It just shows what can be achieved with a lot of effort and a decent finish for the goal.

Fair play to them and yes, I wouldn't mind seeing them win it again.

At least we won't be embarrassed by them on live TV.

Credit to Wigan as they have spent what they earnt and beat a team who this past year have spent more on their defence budget than about 200 countries have on their actual defence spending.

NO we were just embarrassed on Saturday losing to Southampton at home again twice in 2 weeks .
