Sounds like Mr Purrs aint coming up to scratch which will be a bit o a waste of money but to be fair Warney has got most of his signings right. Iekwe did play well at left back at Shrewsbury although he was a bit jittery when he first came on against oxford. Not sure if he has the attacking skills of Mattock but probably can defend as well. If warney can develop his attacking skills we could hve a really good centre half/ left back there.

Yes he has got most of his signings right.
I think you could say that only Bray and Purrington look a bit iffy. It will be interesting to see whether we give them more time or get rid in the summer.

Really? Why wouldn’t you use your LB?

I think Purrington is alright so if there’s the slightest that’s somethings wrong with him not good enough then Warney is a perfectionist.

So if Warney is true to his word !! even if Mattock is fit he won’t get in because he likes to reward,”good performances “, not sure if he used that analogy with Palmer/ Towel !!

Palmer's debut was tidy, nothing more, and he clearly wasn't match fit.
Towell has been outstanding and would be one of the first names on the team sheet.
Not really a difficult decision for Warne to make.
