This game’s got 0-0 written all over it but they’ve got Steven Dobie and we have Harry so a clean sheet is too much to hope for.

You've got to feel for lewis with the 4 muppets in front of him, winning headers/timing of tackles/decision making/closing down players/defending in general not there forte, Lewis will go onto making a good career out the game while our current defence will be taxi drivers in 2 years time.

Spot on. His confidence is gone, he’ll be an EPL keeper where as the rest of our defence will not play at a higher level.

£10 says Lewis will not play in EPL. Has clearly got short sightedness and needs contact lenses. If he plays v QoS Dobbie will just keep popping it from 30 yards....

Whoever manager is on Tuesday must drop Harry Flood and Skippy

I'll take that bet, Lewis will never in his career play in front of a poorer defence, you've got to ask yourself why are players getting the space to shoot from 20/30 yards out?

    Lewis is not our problem

In his current form AND lack of confidence, he is our problem. Despite our poor defending, a good in form keeper would never be beat so often/easily by shots from outside the box. He tends to react too late, meaning he never gets near the ball.

The Lewis that started the season for us has the makings of a good keeper, but on his current form needs dropped.

I disagree, we must defend as a team stopping crosses, winning headers, making tackles, blocking shots, tracking runners, winning 2nd balls etc, we dont do any of that which results in the opposition having shots/headers with no pressure, if we had De Gea in goal with these clowns defending he'd never keep a clean sheet.

It's the general attitude that stinks. Nobody seems to care. Nobody seems to want to go that extra yard to make a tackle or close down an opponent. Witness when Livi scored their first goal. The whole team just slumped their shoulders and trudged back to the halfway line. Not one player was shouting or encouraging their team mates to get their chins up and try and get back into it. Instead there was just a sorry acceptance of the situation.

    Agree with this

Players must look at the man in the mirror and ask a few questions of themselves

The thread reads, 'Team for Tuesday". Sadly we simply don't have enough options to drop en-mass so it would probably be better playing players in something like their own positions or one they look like they can play.

Where an able substitute exists then give him the opportunity. Line up positive.

    Deniz
    Durnan, Edge
    Ballantyne, Flood, Briels, Quinn, Stanton
    McMullan, Mikkleson, King,

    No Briels then Slater.

Forget McDonald, total disappointment and isn't a player to inspire just by his presence, and hasn't got the legs to play working midfield.
Give King the last chance, he has been the greatest hider ever played. If he can't show playing ahead of Stanton he will never show.

Forget playing with 4 or 5 at the back the simple mentality that a heavy defence is being used is not clever and the players exist to be pulled back to assist if necessary.

The physical presence of Mikkleson and Quinn coming forward (if adopting a positive approach) will keep Queens on the back foot and create room for McMullan and Stanton to perform in.

Flood is a must to play. He has the highest workrate of the entire team, has easily been our actual most creative player from midfield recently. He makes more mistakes and is seen to simply by his rate. He is the only player covering back and calling for the ball and 'wanting it'.

If McMullan or King come any deeper than the 10 yard centre circle at opposition corners then hook them straight away.

Any player who is not looking for space and shouting for the ball should be hooked.

Most important Mr Lazlo must physically introduce each to the other so they know their names and what colour of shirt to pass to.

Edted because spellchecker wanted to take the pizza out if certain words.
