A first saw Nicky Eaden laiking fo Barnsley College darn Honeywell football ground , plenty of other Scouts / Spottas were in attendance , Alan Buckley was a regular visitor , plenty of good players to review at that time , but Eaden was well in front of his counterparts , he did get released from Oakwell , but got resigned very quickly , somebody had made a big error in releasing him , fortunately for us , he turned out to be a big star , would like him back in a role at Oakwell one day , good lad ,,,

I war sat in rose n crown one neet and a bloke called George Cassey walked in who war a pal a mine , tha might know because he ran u18 team back in 90's , scotch bloke .

He seys " I cant believe it they've released Nicky Eaden " , luckily Machin got peddler and Winnie had a word wi John Dennis and got him resigned .

I always want to put Mick McCarthy, Gerry Taggart, & Arjan De Zeeuw in central defence but there isnt room for all of them because I normally want to go with 4 at the back. Ian Evans, Paul Futcher, Larry May, & Steve Davis also stand out for me in that role.
