Not everyone, but the plague has returned and a few have allowed their positivty to be infected. Its still on as far as i am concerned.
No doubt this thread will be spewed upon with the same vomit that has diseased all the other threads.

6 points off sixth place if the Bristol feck up tomorrow.

Getting into the play off with 6 or 7 games to go with all on the same number of games played and we are in with a shout.

Got a feeling PH would be a good manager to get us through that.

i don't know how it will play out - the next two games will either kill it or ignite it - the confidence was seeping back today - you could see it. But Boro and Wolves are huge games now - beat Boro and get something from Wolves and we might just be looking at squeezing in with all the extra confidence it would give us. Scary how much difference Saiz makes - although i think Wolves have so many quality players that Saiz won't make as much difference against them as he does against other lesser teams.

    Spot on Jez.

Pleased.for some of the players that we got a win and they had to fight for it (and did!). Anita was better than I expected and at least as good as Pennington or Cooper (yes, he scored, I know!). There were some who really weren't worth their place (notably Okane and i dont know what is wrong with him!) so very much a work in progress situation.

Still worried what would happen if we were lucky enough to get into a playoff spot. If we lucked out, how would the club manage to keep significant players like Saiz, Jansson etc?

If we got promoted, even with the promise of all that Sky dosh, do we have the skills to recruit the right players to survive in the PL

As I said the other day, the results of those around us are just as crucial. And Fulham knocked off Wolves just now ! 🤐

Not negative but just too much ground to make up in a league with this much parity. this years over but hopefully Hecky gets them playing well and we keep the core of the team head into into next year. we have some good players.

wolves are runaway leaders they can afford to drop points , fulham are also are a very good side and dark horses for many to get promotion .

leeds on the other hand have won their first game in ten matches , the gap maybe only five points mathematically, but the gap realistically in quality between leeds and the top six is enormous.

most fans knew the top six was out of reach weeks ago ,

trying to go up on a wing and a prayer is a futile exercise , because sooner or later the better sides will find you out time and again .

top six, let alone promotion will never be achieved , when at least half the squad want replacing with better quality players.
