The TV cameras panned onto the two Irish managers sitting next to one another in the stands at Fulham. Martin O'Neil, I suspect was watching Matt Docherty. Matt has been included in some of the Southern Irish squads but has yet to gain a full cap. After the season he has had it can't be far away.
