Came to Wolves from Millwall, had a nightmare on his debut against Reading, became a very good player in his first spell at Wolves.When he returned he really showed his worth and versatility playing in virtually every position other than goal keeper was a fan favorite and what I call a real 110%'er.

Eve, I forgot that he had a few games for Millwall, he had been playing for Sittingborne for about two years prior to the Lions. You are correct in your observation about his first game. As I recall he let the first pass run under his foot in the home penalty area. Panic stations.

Neil Emblen always struck me as being a good player.

Remember his debut and his missing the ball , my mate judged him on that debut and never rated him, got quite obsessive about it , "worse player ever to pull on a Wolves shirt" which he patently wasn't ! anyone who scores against Albion is good enough for me.

Freddie Eastwood, now that is a blast from the past, As soon as I saw his name, Gypsy sprang to mind. As I recall he wasn't around for more than a season. Did score a few good goals.

3 TBF mate and all in the first month of the season and then ...... nothing so we flogged him to Coventry the following season!
