Blackburn R Vs Wigan Ath Predictions.

    Thought I'd start it.

Counting on our big game players to show up here, and if they do..

Rovers 3 Wigan 1. Mulgrew, Dack and Graham to score.

Wow - I'd be surprised (and delighted) at three goals.
    1-1.

Wigan's record against the better league one sides is actually not that great. They have been the opposite of Rovers, who up till now have struggled against the lesser sides.

Both teams desperate not to lose this one will put on a very tentative display
I am looking at 0-0 however I can't get out of my head a screamer being scored by Smallwood in the 85th minute
    1-0 win

This is a really tough one to call, and as earlier I am mindful that our home support could play a key roll ( to good or bad). Yet again patience is needed, so the negatives need to hold their anxiety in check.
Wigan I am thinking could well be far more nervous of this encounter, so that's to our advantage.

I am going to go positive and say 2 - 1.

Think we underestimated Wigan on here. Just glad we didn't lose.

I'd have taken a point before the game. We were the better side, a point still adds pressure to Shrewsbury and we continue to outplay teams.

It's only disappointing as we had the advantage for so long.. But hey ho.

It goes to show that after a draw Wigan left feeling like they had won - we march on and will go up 😀
