Add the ground to that list as well , no one is ever going to pay the value of all the things KM as taken off the club so he’s stuck with it , no wonder the prince is baulking at buying the lot.
All that should be involved is the club , the ground and Shirecliffe , why would anyone want the other white elephants that come with it?
