Sunday Telegraph are saying Tarka will be in the squad.. He deserves a chance

Pope should be 1st choice 4 Ingerland, however, he won't even be in the squad. Dammit.

Butland, Pickford and Gunn is the word coming from up above.

Cork and Tarkowski are both being called up though.

Sky power rankings suggest Pope miles ahead of Butland
    Mee in the mix too

Squad to be announced at 2pm today so not long to wait. The word on the street seems to be Tarka probably and Cork possibly will be in the squad but Pope to miss out. I would love to see Ben Mee given a chance.

4 Keepers. That was one way to solve the goalkeeping conundrum.

Just glad Nick got the call up he deserved BT so congratulations to him and Tarka. Picking 4 keepers is somewhat wasteful however and means one less outfield place. Ben Mee is one of several players who can consider themselves unlucky to have missed out.

It has got to be worst set of players in my 41 years of existence. Hopefully the lack of big time charlies means we may actually do ok for once? It cant hurt to go a different route, as we simply don't any half decent players anymore. As this squad shows. But we have mostly been woeful, with the big timers, so maybe we get the reverse with this lot. It can hardly get any worse than the previous 2 tournaments. Now to find a half decent manager to motivate these players and get them playing as a team .............
