    vwry surprising

Chelsea getting some pelters for their negative tactics yesterday at Man City. Conte's excuse was that Kante wasn't fit!!!! Not as much negativity as was hoyed at us when they all seemed to be queuing up to have a go mid 20s possession etc. No mention of the cost of Chelsea's squad though and they have Hazard who on his day is world class.

As for that Arsenal fan crying on 5live FFS 3 FA Cups in 4 years 20 years consecutively in the Champions League no where near relegation top 6 currently, last 16 of the Europa league. They are just pd off because Spurs are now better than they are. Pathetic! Where's Ian Wright sharpening his knives?

Better get Wilf and his gang on their forum to sort them out. They'll soon find reasons for the blame.

That's cause Conte is just like Rafa: a clown who has no tactical understanding and defends his way out of matches to get points. Last season, because of his negative style of play, he nearly had Chelsea relegat.....oh wait.

It should be more than acceptable to take a defensive approach in matches, even if you are Chelsea. Defensive doesn't mean boring. Negative tactics isn't actually (necessarily) a negative thing. Sometimes it's the best way to approach a game, though it's rarely wise to approach every game like that.

Makes me laugh when managers like Guardiola criticise other teams for parking the bus, conveniently forgetting that they“ve had 50 times more spending power for several seasons than the club he“s playing against.

Makes you wonder when something will be done to even up the situation - buying success will destroy any sport in the long run. It should be skill, tactics, etc that brings success not who has the most money. In American football they have the draft system where, I think (correct me someone) the lowest ranked team has first choice of the most promising player coming out of college, the second lowest ranked team has access to the second best player, etc.

This makes things fairer and, in the case of the PL would start to cap these immoral and sickening wages.

(WHAT A TOTAL LOAD OF BALDERDASH THAT LAST SENTENCE IS)

Our manager wants success for the club and the fans but he is aware that this won't come until we hopefully get a decent forward thinking owner.

And look at the riches that Conte has to choose from, oh I forgot Kante was injured. Didnt bring Giroud on till 10 mins from the end and Morata in stoppage time. Looked a bit like he had followed Rafa tactics when we played at the Etihad, but the difference was they were £75m worth of strikers (cost of our entire team). Steve Howey said exactly the same thing tonight on Radio Newcastle...how come loads of pundits have a right go at us but they aren't queuing up to slag Chelsea? I think ill listen to an explayer who doesnt bull**** rather than someone who says he knows so much about football/coaching etc but talks bull****.
