Ask yourself why Lawro did the business for Ipswich in this league last season. Ask yourself why he does the business for Wales.

Now ask yourself why he isn't doing it for Derby.

.... or is he? He has pace. He is our top "assister". He tracks back and works as hard as JR did and Weimann does.

So, where is he falling down. His goals to games record is down on his Ipswich period. Is that down to him or is he not getting the service he did there?

One thing is obvious to me, he can't tackle and is close to a yellow card just about every time he tries to tackle.

Huddlestone sits too deep and is too slow and doesn’t get stuck in to help the cause to create more chances in front of goal, like he did at Tottenham and Hull City, it always make me angry to think that every player we have bought apart from Curtis Davis alongside Scott Carson and Vydra who has been a rock for us this season at the back, in front of goal and in goal and have been one of the most consistent performers this season whilst the rest don’t produce the same quality which goes to show they don’t suit our way of playing.

Don't expect an intelligent answer from him.
Anyway good news, it seems Rowett has ripped into the team and told them to show some bottle against Forest.
