    I aint gor a clue mate,but from the tiny bits i hear King Kev seems to be goin nowhere.I'm not ITK(Obvs cos i'm thick) just what i hear from listenin to others at games.UTCB

    If I had £200m to spend, I'd be buying property too. I wouldn't spend it on a bloody football club.

    The full article is on S2. It tells you next to nothing other than his stake is "substantial" not that the £200m is his btw, it's the estimated spend by the business in the next twelve months.

    Anyone one who is buying "real estate" in say London just to sit on it (left empty) and wait for it to increase in value is going to get a shock soon.
    There is growing anger amongst polititians regarding the shortage of homes especially in London,empty homes owned by non UK residents were again mentioned on QT last night.
