Not over-thinking Swale, I actually think that Husins goal is the best goal but if you are having a goal of the month competition that that is what it should be - not a 'popularity contest'. on that basis, a Man United player should win G of M every month.

Totally agree Banjo & in 90% of cases the player from the team with the biggest fan base wins,still it would be nice if it's us for a change I still haven't got over Gordan Mairs ? goal v Ipswich not winning goal of the season!!!

Gordon never stood a chance of winning it , not with " now for Aston Villa " Gary Newbon around. If memory serves me right Villa's Tony Morley won it that year.
