Think the draw was the better result.

Hope we now push on from here and hope we can keep this team on until the end of the month.

Credit to the team for getting this result.

Most of us have given them a lot of stick over the past few months, but hopefully this will give them the confidence to go on a winning run.

It's a start and something to build on.

Much needed win. Hopefully that puts to bed the notion from some that we wont even make the play offs with 4 games in hand on Morton and ahead on points.

Let's at least get some sort of run going. St Midden truly are simply the best of a bad bunch and it's a complete joke they're cantering away with it. At the very least let's try and keep them honest and put them under some sort of pressure in the run in. Winning the remaining games in hand would go some way to that.

Na,better if Morton won they'd have been a point ahead of us but we'd have had 4 games in hand on them whereas Livi would've been 6 ahead of us but we'd have 3 games in hand over them. Not complaining about the draw though and a Livi win would've been worse.

Livi getting a draw might just see St Mirren keeping an eye over their shoulder, and should they slip up, the pressure might build up at the right time for us to nip in and win the league!

Aw hell ive gotten too positive again!

Yes that was bizarre, half the reason teams caught us was us not playing, you can't play your way out of bad form if games keep getting postponed, best ignoring that kinda stuff as it's sillyness

The good thing is we went behind away from home and have won, got a much needed game and win with three winnable home games to come in the space of a week

Definitely not or strongest XI either, plenty bodies to come back to fitness which is needed with so many games left

Just back from the game, I’d forgotten what it was like to se us win. First time we’ve come from a goal behind this season as well.

First 20 mins it was same old same old, looked like the players hadn’t seen each other for a month, let alone trained together. Did well to get back in the match. I think Dobbie going off injured was the turning point.

Much better in the second half & special mention to Mickelson who led the line well. Cracking 20 yard strike from Matty Smith for our second. McMullen very unselfish to lay it on a plate for Matty’s hat trick - not sure how he missed it?

Hopefully this will be a springboard to us kicking on for the rest of the season.
