I’m all for giving managers time. Problem Is when you know they are not doing a good job. Don’t know enough about inside the club but what Shabba says and the level of performance and organisation on pitch speak for themselves.

Whilst it is wrong to sack manager unnecessarily and unfairly you also need to act to get rid of a manager who is not doing it and only going to make it worse

I'm currently in two minds about what we should do manager wise, waiting to see how we do in this upcoming lump of games to see if there are any signs Laszlo is worth sticking with for a summer window or if sos Houstie time or someone of that ilk

Its got to the stage that Flood is apparently the only option for his position. Fyvie, Briels and even Toshney all injured, Allardice oot on loan, the lad Thomas posted missing, with Slater and Gillespie that far doon the pecking order that they cant get a game ahead of Quinn! I cant believe i am minded to think Murdoch be given a chance in midfield if the Celtic lad can get fit!

Quinn at CM when there's the option of playing anyone else or a wheelie bin, we went into Saturday's game 17 points behind, at home and still didn't set up to win the game.

Yip, let Csaba continue, can't wait for the season ticket brochure to drop through the door now.

What's the alternative? Sack a manager every few months?

Kerr/McLean two managers in 35 years.
Since then 15 in 25 years.
If we keep turning them over we might get a decent one yet by the law of averages.

Good managers are appointed by people who know what they're doing.

People who do their homework, take advice, ask the right questions, look at facts and aren't taken in by bullsh1t.

Eddie T kept changing managers until he stuck with Craig Levein.
