Are you rambling again WLB? I can't work out who you're talking to on here. I can't see where anyone has called you racist either. I'm sure there is enough evidence on here from you for people to make up their own mind one way or the other. I can quite understand how you could be offended by someone calling you a racist ahd rightly so because racists are pretty despicable aren't they?

Roly did you vote labour at the last rotherham local election
That's for the ballot box to know only in a democracy WLB don't you think?
Watch good morning now it's about this its been described as the worse case ever
It is clear from reading this thread that we must find, prosecute and punish everyone who commits these horrible crimes.
It seems we must also find a way of blaming gangs of groomers what ever their religion, colour or nationality without describing their religion, colour or nationality.
If the culprits come from a community where this sort of activity is accepted this should also not be commented on.
Everyone is equal except the victims.
Well, great fire's first comments on the subject were "Muslims are treated with kid gloves and in fact in many cases even get softer sentences than non-Muslims."
Before moving onto wacky conspiracy thories amongst other things.
It is certainly possible to discuss the facts without opportunistically accusing entire groups. Some people just have a complete disregard for facts, and are political opportunists, that's the greatest challenge here.
I did a search on the Jay Inquiry and found this. It's been copied and pasted this from Wikipedia
The failure to address the abuse was attributed to a combination of factors revolving around race, class and gender—contemptuous and ***ist attitudes toward the mostly working-class victims; fear that the perpetrators' ethnicity would trigger allegations of racism and damage community relations; the Labour council's reluctance to challenge a Labour-voting ethnic minority; lack of a child-centred focus; a desire to protect the town's reputation; and lack of training and resources.
It is in the heads of those arguing for recognition that this problem exists. How can a ballanced debate continue when if this point is brought into it when it is met with so much anger?
