Leeds United - v - Sheffield Wednesday ***Matchday Thread***

Leeds United defender Liam Cooper, goalkeeper Andy Lonergan and forward Kemar Roofe remain sidelined.

The Elland Road side have won just one of their last 14 games in all competitions.

Sheffield Wednesday midfielder Sean Clare has been ruled out for the rest of the season with an ankle injury.

However, defender Joost van Aken and midfielders Sam Hutchinson and Barry Bannan could all come back in for the first time since December.

Match factsLeeds have lost one of their last nine home league matches against Wednesday (W5 D3), a 3-2 defeat in March 2007 under Dennis Wise.

None of the last 39 league meetings between the teams have ended goalless and they have not shared a 0-0 at Elland Road since October 1934.

Leeds have already conceded 13 home league goals in 2018 - they only conceded 16 goals at Elland Road in the Championship in the entirety of 2017.

Sheffield Wednesday have made 100 changes to their starting XI this season, more than any other Championship side.

Since the start of last season, Pablo Hernandez has assisted 14 Championship goals, five more than any other Leeds player in that time.

The Owls have lost one of their last 13 away Yorkshire derbies in league competition (W5 D7), though that defeat was at Elland Road last season.

    2 - 0 to the Whites. (Hernandez/Saiz.)
