Another convincing win, Wolves controlled the game and the only blip really was the goal we conceded. Ruben Neves is something else with his range of passing. Two great finishes for Costa and Afobe's first.

On a bitterly cold afternoon we strolled to a comfortable victory without really having to break sweat. Mind you it would have been difficult to sweat, with the bitter east wind blowing snow flurries before and during the match. Good to see Afobi getting among the goals and as Gav says Nevis is something else.
Nigel Clough described it as the biggest mis match of the day, quoting the transfer fee for Nevis as over half their budget. The visitors tried hard, but one deflected shot, which ended up in the net, their only shot on target. Wolves had over 70% of the possession and Costa thrived on it. He is starting to look like the player we had last season. Boly needs to be the next to sign on after Jota in the close season. If there is a better defender in the Championship I have yet to see him, opposition players ping off him like skittles in a bowling alley. Cody continues to impress as do Docherty and Douglas. Middlesborough away will be more of a test and a result there should be enough to see us home.
Can Derby do us a favour tomorrow? Only time will tell.
