With Nyom so glowing about Burke in training, how come Phillips gets on from the bench in front of him? I'm afraid my respect for Pardew is diminishing by the day.

One of those was having a kick off the likes I have never seen before.
Half the team on the half way line, the defence just behind and Brunt on the edge of the area so that the ball
was passed back to him to pump upfield.
The last time I saw that was when Yeovil played at Kidderminster Harriers 10 years ago.
It was a bit harlem globtrotters but we got a goal but Evans going off and Phillips coming on to not properly mark saw their equaliser.
Haven't got a clue what new ideas Pardew will have for the next match but its looking pretty fateful.
