There are more important things in life than football.

It's only a game. Football and the Royals are similar, they both cost a lot of money, but don't improve your life in any way. You don't even know any of the feckers, though you may like to pretend you do.

    Agreed Des.

It’s apparent that a lot of posters absolutely live for their football which I can no longer do.

I still get angry as we let the goals in but it no longer ruins my week like it use to.

I’ve even stopped watching Stourbridge FC for various reasons which include players and management at that level being t o s s e r s too.

I’m starting an allotment instead........I’d rather grow turnips than watch them!

I was terrible when i was younger, one bad result ruined my weekend. Bur the money and arrogance of players who spit and blow snot down their noses has put me off.
I fell out of love with the game years ago and looked forward to the pre match meets more than anything.

I remember the summer of 69, i was 14, we had spent big buying Colin Suggett and Danny Hegan because Gaunt wanted a crack at the league.
We won our first away game at Saints 2-0.

I went to a midweek game at Highfield rd, we went 3-1 down and i started crying. A Coventry bloke standing next to me said,"Bloody hell, cheer up lad, think of us, we have to come and watch this s h!t every week."
    It med me loff.

I’ve never cried over football and I never will.

I just feel sad that Pulis and these feckless w a n k e r s have sapped every last ounce of energy out of me.

Feckin hell Mick - you will be investing in a flat cap soon! Any chance Livermore can be the manure on your turnips?

It's a fair point but one that you use only when your club ain't doing too well?

Well, we're all fickle aren't we. We all crow when we are doing well and disappear when we aren't.
With me it's in the blood, ATID, it hurts, but not as much as it used to. I think the attitude of the players has a lot to do with it.
