    Everton - West Brom

I can't feeling that West Brom and Everton could both be more successful if they just swapped managers.

They clearly have the wrong type of players to manage and both would be an ideal fit for the other clubs players.

Bizzare I know but what do you reckon? I think it's too late now for West Brom now but I think the'd have survived with big sam and Everton would be higher in the league with Pardew.

First cup final i saw as a 9 year old in 1968. So boring, we were out in the street playing football ourselves when Jeff Astle finally scored the winner.

Pardew was emerging at same time as the King.
Both quoted as examples of good, young, promising English managers.

Pardew got the breaks, Ronnie didn't
Shame for Ronnie but know who I'd sooner have had !

That was the first final broadcast in colour. Only problem was we didn't get a colour TV for another 15 years
