Was this not the lad from Annan that Queens were interested in a couple of season ago but decided to remain part time and went to Dumbarton? He was rated fairly highly when with Annan but not heard much of him since. We certainly could do with having a bit more guile in the middle of the park and Josh may be the man to provide just that. Welcome on board.

I thought I recognise the name with Queens before and that`s why it would be and hopefully he gets his chance in the 8 remaining games.

Todd signed as an amateur with Dumbarton and played in 20 League games and has played 14 League games with St Mirren, appearing in three this season.

Missed three months injured from September through to January which probably explains only three appearances for St.M this season.
Here's hoping he shows up well as he may prove an option for next season with Saints certain to go up.

Sounds like he was Dobmeister. Even managed to whole 90 minutes despite being out injured for so long

Been doing a little research into this guy since last night. Apparently after Queens and Annan couldn't agree on a fee for him to come here, he went to Dumbarton and signed as an amateur playing for nothing. His only money coming in was working in a petrol station in Canonbie but was determined to stick it out to try and get noticed at the Sons to get a move to a full time team. This he did with St Mirren but has been unlucky with shoulder injuries. Well he is here eventually , the long way round , and let's see what he can do.

Listening to his post match interview I think that we may have an opportunity to sign this lad come the end of the season as he seemed genuinely upset not to have signed from Annan earlier. I think that he would make a very good addition to the squad.
