Playing behind closed doors would also improve the atmosphere.😁

    Just to add.

If we get 5k Sunday then take off 3400 season tic holders.

1600 paying in say split 50/50 concession and adult.

    So 800 adults at £26 Is £20800.

To replace that £20800 an extra 3360 full price adults on top of 800 to break even. Don't think we wud get that. Get close but doubt we wud get it.

The atmosphere has to change from those that currently go. Good atmosphere attracts more people, **** atmosphere drives good people away.

Root and branch look at pricing needed not one off games.

I reckon £5 / £1 would bring at least 2500 hearts as opposed to the probable 750

Relegation will cost the club 1.5m

Losing say 10000 will be a price worth paying if a bigger crowd and 3 points

Soon be paying 30quid and ppl will trot out the usual excuses

Young lad is 20, him and 8 mates were season tix holders when they were 17

None are now, half dont even go

    Down to one thing pricing

The pricing of the whole of Scottish football needs looked at, we are generally the same price as all the other teams.

I tend to think our sh**e home form since returning to the top league has as much to do with non attendance as the cost.

If the team were winning more home matches the crowd would be higher, when the home form is rubbish folk start looking for an excuse not to go.

The average gate receipts in the SPL is £12 + VAT.

    IF there are 2,000 non s/t the income will be £12 x 2,000 = £24k + VAT.

Over the season NEW gate receipts will be around £500k plus season tickets.

That needs to double to an average of 6,000 total per game to break even.

THAT IS UNSUSTAINABLE. RELEGATION WILL BE WORSE.I

The Yankees have had their chance and should walk.
