We cant be chopping and changing manager every season when the players are downing tools.
You get RID of every single player from the current squad that we can, the new man starts with virtually a blank canvas, and we move forward.

We DON’T re-sign Flood, Murdoch or any of the other imposters we currently have.

You TELL the boys who aren’t good enough (but have a year left on their contracts) that they won’t be playing next year - hopefully most of those will move on but will be a difficult task.

By the way, if there isn’t a termination clause in Csaba’s contract should he fail to deliver promotion then that will be ST’s final parting gift.....from top to looking for a miracle to salvage 2nd, and on current form feasible that we won’t make the play-offs?

The Club as a whole are needing to do a power of work over the next few months to stave off the biggest fall in season ticket holders in the club’s history.

Thats what we did last season and ended up with the 18 man squad!

    Should have happened last season.

    Was done last season.

From when he started, MM said CL will be the manager next season and mentioned recruitment was one of the issues with the club. I took that to mean clear out will happen.

Yea but we need a manager that can be trusted to build and organize a side, Laszlo no longer has that, it's not going to work out, simple as that

Despite what the odd reply says, last night is the worst home league defeat since pre 1960, the division and stature of the club that beat us alone makes it so, plus the fact they are rank rotten and its also the lowest home league crowd for many many decades

My suggestions in the op, Houston, Hopkins and Neilson can all do that and have the respect of the players they sign, they won't take any nonsense

Come on Shedka, that's is a load of pish. Worst home defeat since before the sixties? Wasn't even the worst home defeat this season. That prize goes to Morton.

We need to consolidate, not sack a manager who has had a few months. This won't be easy as the pressure from some fans will be hard for the board to resist bit it MUST be done.

    Agreed.

And I keep speaking to people who say "look at the players he signed in Jan".

When you have no money to spend who exactly are we expected to go about signing?

January is a stinking window to recruit with no cash to spend.

Give him a pre season to trim the dead wood loser mentality players and then see where we are.

Its not pish ttt, its reality, last night is our worst home league defeat, in term's of the league we are in, and the stature of the club that beat us , its worse than Morton, a smaller club than Morton, not been a top flight club in god knows how many decades, and fkn awful, worse than the ICT team I saw on Saturday by far, its a fkn fact, its worse than any of the home league the defeats in our 3 league seasons in the second tier post 1960 so our worst since pre 1960 and at the same time our lowest home league crowd in decades

Csaba must go, there are far better options to handle the task ahead of the club, we can't waste another summer with a dud in charge, which is what we currently have

im stuck in the middle of the whole CL thing just now

I think hes not the man to take us up. hes signed plenty of players in window then hardly played any of them. since injuries have looked disjointed and performances have been shocking! players dont seem to want to do what hes wanting and he keeps changing the team every game which isnt helping. we need someone more experienced who can at least make us hard to beat.

but on the other hand he clearly doesnt like the mentality of the team and wants that to change. i want to see him get a preseason to bring his own players and get rid of the players he doesnt think has the mentality.

on the fence as it stands but saturday might change that as a defeat means well be 6th (i think) has to go then!

He's going to have the same players on Saturday - what makes you think the outcome will be any different? And when he loses, you reckon he has to go, even though you don't want him sacked just now.

He plays players out of position, he doesn't play players he signed himself, he can't get his message over to the players, he can't motivate or even scare the players into performing.

What is it that he does that makes you think he has anything to offer?

It’s utter madness to think Shabba has anything to offer.

We were top when he took over. We are now abject.

The wheels have completely come off.

Yes there are lots of other problems at the club but his performance in organising, picking and motivating the team has been shown to be really bad time and again
