    Next season's squad.

    In my opinion it is ***** that we keep the likes of Foster, Dawson, Brunt, Hegazi and build a side around them with young and hungry players. We need pace and enthusiasm but must ensure that we keep some experience to help them out. As for Dawson, why would he go to Middlesbrough or Villa as both those could be with us in the Championship next season? We also must ensure that we have the correct manager in place, probably the most important appointment.

    Fully agree, the board have got a big summer in front of them.

    I know I'm stating the obvious but the right manager, and the right incomings and outgoings mean we will have a good season next year.

    The players you have mentioned are ***** to keep hold of. It would be nice to get rid of some of the overpaid deadwood we have in the squad and add some youth and pace.

    And when we get these young and hungry players give them spiritual guidance as well the fisical side of things.
