    F1 Australian GP

Time to get the engines revving as the new season starts tomorrow, only one GB driver this year.

Lewis storms to take pole by a massive 0.664 seconds on his last lap. Bottas crashes heavily so down to 10th.
Vettel was beaten to second by Kimi Raikkonen by just 0.01secs, with the Red Bulls of Max Verstappen and Daniel Ricciardo fourth and fifth.

Boring. Like watching paint dry these days.
Bring back the days of Stirling Moss and Mike Hawthorn when it was proper racing.

    When drivers and spectators died?

Fif**** drivers died in the 1950s; four**** in the 1960s; twelve in the 1970s; four in the 1980s and two in the 1990s. Following the deaths of Ratzenberger and Senna in 1994, there were no driver fatalities during world championship events for more than 20 years until Jules Bianchi's death in 2015.

Hawthorn was responsible for around 130 deaths at Le Mans - exact number not known
