    Must win games

It is a phrase used many times but our next two games are must win games. With Wycombe winning last night it is not inconceivable that we could be 6 points adrift of the automatic places on Saturday night. This means the pressure will be on to beat not only Chesterfield on Sunday but also Wycombe on Good Friday. The margins mean that after that match we could be either sitting nicely in 3rd or 9 points off the pace with only the lottery of the play offs to play for.

Totally agree......we either beat Chessy, or we kiss goodbye to the automatic promotion.....we will still make the play~offs but they are a lottery on who turns up on the day

Completely agree. Win these two games and we are looking like real contenders, regardless of other results. Failure to take maximum, and we could still be within a shout, but that's reliance on other results. Wycombe, who were on a wobble, have now just won back to back games, something we've failed to achieve since September.

Although I am still completely gutted from the manner in which we lost 2pts last week, I do take heart from the performance, generally, and more so the work ethic shown by the players. Let's hope that the way they raised their game was an intent they show to the end of the season, and wasn't just for the local derby.
