either way if he is not prepared to invest what is needed in to the playing squad , which is clearly the case now, then he is no use to this club, whatsoever , he is merely using this club as a cash cow , make profits off his investments in the infrastructure of the club and future players who will be sold on for profit on a regular basis i,e , wood , taylor, and probably saiz , jansson and the like on a regular basis , before doing what the previous owners have done before , departing for pastures new, with this club still stuck playing championship football indefinately.

this was not the vision that many expected when he took over the club last season .

Since our promotion to the championship, what 11 that we've had do you think would have been good enough if we had kept them all marls

    1. Schmeichel

    2. Byram
    3. Taylor
    5. Jannson
    6. Lees

    4. Forshaw
    8. Cook

    7. Snodgrass
    10. Siaz
    11. Gradel

    9. Becchio (have a soft spot for him Smith, Wood, Sharp, Diouf etc should really be in the team before him - if Wood had real pace it would be him every time)

    12. Kenny

    13. Bartley/Kisnorbo
    14. Ayling
    15. Clayton
    16. McContract
    17, Wood

thought long and hard about Howson, Diouf, M Smith, Sharp (though he only seems to be able to score against us), Hernandez, Austin, Bruce, Dallas, Antenucci, Mowatt, Vieira, Roofe and Alioski - I guess we have had some decent enough players over the years and anyone remember Davide Somma? - really thought he was going to push on and I think injury did for him

    More than 11;

Cook, Taylor, Rose, Delph, Green, Johnson, Snodgrass, Howson, Wood, Byram, Gradel, McCormack, Schmeichel, Milner, Clayton

Not enough for a full squad, and a couple of "duplicates" position-wise, but if we could field that lot each week, we wouldn't be mid-table in the Championship.

Add them to those in the current squad who are worth keeping (Hernandez, Jansson, Alioski, Saiz, Dallas, Ayling, BPF, Berardi), opposition would NOT like playing against us.

    If only
